报告人简介：
张志东，男，博士，博士生导师，教授，中国“海外高层次人才引进计划”人才（创新类），国家特聘专家，甘肃省领军人才（第一层）,西南民族大学畜牧兽医学院教授，兼任中国畜牧兽医学会口蹄疫学会理事，OIE口蹄疫区域专家组成员。长期致力于口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫等动物病毒感染致病机制以及防控检测技术的研究，是口蹄疫领域国际知名的科技工作者。曾任英国Pirbright研究所水泡性疾病致病机制研究组组长，博士生导师；加拿大国家动物外来病中心动物水泡性疾病系主任；中国农科院兰州兽医研究所草食动物病毒病创新团队首席科学家。
