研究方向 | 肉牛牦牛常见病研究与诊疗 1.研究目标:构建肉用牛养殖的生物安全防控体系 2.研究内容: ①肉用牛常见疾病轻简、快速诊断技术研发:开展肉用牛常见病快速分子检测方法研究,分子病理学诊断,研制适合于普通病现场诊断的技术产品。 ②肉用牛常见疾病绿色防控制剂研制与应用:研制新型、绿色、环保的肉牛抗寄生虫蛋白制剂、疫苗、中药组合、矿物微量元素及维生素组合等;研发肉牛病原微生物、寄生虫卵环境净化消毒剂等。 ③肉用牛常见疾病的智能诊疗技术研究:整合智慧牧场资源,监控肉用牛异常表现及指标情况,借助智能监测数据分析疾病发生及治疗用药效果等。 | |||

社会服务 | 1.肉牛疫病诊断防控新技术研发。创制了“快速检测牛病毒性腹泻病毒抗原的胶体金试纸条”、“免疫增强因子-牛重组抵抗素”;筛选出抗BVDV中药单体(绞股蓝皂苷、淫羊藿苷)。若应用上述胶体金试纸条,可为万头繁育牛场节省检测及淘汰PI牛损失费用130万元/年。成功集成“犊牛腹泻的早期预防、诊断和精准治疗技术”并在新疆伊犁、四川宜宾和阿坝等地牛场示范应用,能提升犊牛存活率5~45%;以100头为例,犊牛0.5万元/头,提高犊牛存活率可获益2.5~22.5万元。 2.肉牛疾病防控技术推广。作为四川肉牛创新团队疾病岗位专家一直服务于四川肉牛牦牛养殖业,不时受邀赴重庆、贵州、新疆等地区开展肉牛牦牛疾病防控及相关技术培训,致力解决西南地区基层牛病防控缺医少药、防治规范差等问题。自2018年以来,组织肉牛牦牛疾病防控培训45次,培训肉牛牦牛从业人员4700余人次,获业界广泛认同。 3.牛病防治技术科普。利用微信群、QQ群以及四川农村日报专栏,向养殖户介绍动物防病治病方法和养殖技术诀窍,发稿80余篇,其中“牛病防治实用技术”34篇,受众达680万人(按日报发行量20万计算)。 | |||
